A FUN WAY TO DISCOVER MAUI’S HIDDEN BEAUTY, WHILE BUILDING TEAM SPIRIT & CAMARADERIE

Armed with compass, map, Polaroid camera, and their creativity,

Island explorers set out in shiny convertibles or jeeps, to try to unravel a series of catchy clues and trivia questions

If the clues are interpreted correctly, explores will go from sun-drenched beaches, thru awesome rain forests, over ancient lava flows, then up a dormant volcano, capturing incredible views of the Blue Pacific far below. Following an energetic orientation by our race official, teams of four to vehicle work together in order to locate historic landmarks, gather specific trade items, and seek out the rare golden coconuts. Upon arriving at each checkpoint, and following specific instructions in their rally book, teams take photos of their group in hilarious, sometimes compromising situations. Time is important, but using your camera’s eye in a creative way is the key to accumulating high scoring team points. As all teams return to home base, the judges determine their scores by evaluating the most creative photos taken, and by the number of specific trade items and golden coconuts found along the mystery trails. Once the scores are tallied, an awards presentation will take place at a specified time and location.
