The tribal council convenes, draws up plans for a new and more livable village and randomly delegates various building projects to the creative construction crews.
Some crews will rebuild homes, while other crews plan and build a medical clinic, jail house, general store, school and a house of worship. The building materials available are bamboo, hemp rope, fresh coconut palm leaves and grass thatching for the rainproof roofs, grass cloth for the walls, paints and brushes, wood, to use for buildings and street signs…. and, to make this unique project a bonding experience for all, the tribal council has decided to turn it into a fun competition, whereby each construction crew's project will be judged, rated and scored. To further lighten up the atmosphere, skillful games and challenges are included to help make this more of a festive occasion.
Upon their completion, all phases of this project will be judged by the tribal council and handsome awards medals will be presented to the top construction crews.
