“The Fun Specialist”

Since 1977, Richard Tumolo, President and C E O of Hawaiian Corporate Games and Events Inc., has been successfully interacting with Incentive and Corporate Event Planners. That was the year that Richard and his wife Cynthia, created the first ever “Western Desert Jeep Safari” in Scottsdale Arizona. With cowboy guides, desert trails, small or large groups, Richard’s “Wild West”, off road experiences, filled a void in Arizona’s group travel market!
With his jeeps running 24-7, Richard came up with a “Brand New” concept. He called his company Arizona’s Cowboy Camp for Dudes Inc. His innovative “hands on” Western experience was new to Arizona’s tourism industry, and kick started the “Teambuilding” phrase and craze. From team steer roping to bull riding, quick draw contests to cattle drives, the “Corporate Cowboys” ate it up!!
While his wife Cindy held down the fort in Arizona, Richard headed further West to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands, where within a few months he introduced “Hawaiian Corporate Games and Events” to the Island’s Hoteliers, their Corporate and Incentive groups, and to local Destination Management Companies.
As “H C G’s” popularity grew, and as repeat clientele requested new fun events and activities, Richard’s selection of innovative Island programs exploded!
